Success Stories: The Learning Liaisons and FTCE Test

Here’s what people like you have to say about FTCE preparation with the Learning Liaisons:

When first starting my path towards certification, I was trying to find resources to help me pass the exams. Shortly after, I found Learning Liaisons and it was the one true path to passing ALL of the exams I needed. No other "study guides" gave me the practice and visual learning I needed. When I tell you, math was not my strongest... it truly wasn't. Learning Liaisons gave me the confidence and practice I needed to pass all the exams. Thank you LL! I wouldn't have passed all my exams if it wasn't for you guys and all the support!

Nick Black

The alt cert program I’m in paid for test prep with them and I could not have passed if it weren’t for my programs prep and the liaisons sessions. It’s not if, but when you pass! Fairly certain I’m going to use the STOW technique in every testing situation going forward. Thanks Learning Liaisons!

Joycelyn H.

Let me start by saying your mindset is key and I truly could tell this webinar was gonna be like no other because that’s what the instructor said from the beginning. It’s not if you pass but when you pass! I did two sessions and passed on my first try. I enjoyed it and I like how he literally goes through the strategies step by step.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should you study for the FTCE Test?

The duration for FTCE test preparation varies based on individual factors such as prior knowledge, familiarity with the content, and study habits.

However, we recommend dedicating at least 2-3 months of consistent study, allowing ample time to review all relevant subjects, practice with sample tests, and focus on your improvement areas.

Regular study sessions throughout this period can enhance confidence and performance on exam day.

What is the Passing rate of the FTCE Test?

According to the Florida Department of Education, passing rates for the FTCE tests dropped to 68% in 2020 from 80% in 2017.

This is an indication that it’s becoming harder to pass the FTCE on the first trial. You must prepare adequately to gain confidence and readiness for the exams.

When can you retake the FTCE?

You can retake the FTCE test after waiting for 31 days from your most recent attempt. If you attempt the same exam multiple times within a year, the subsequent attempts must be at least 90 days apart.

It's essential to use the waiting period productively by identifying areas that need improvement, studying diligently, and utilizing additional resources to enhance performance in the retake.
